What most of you don’t know, there is a conspiracy brewing against Horror Movie vixens. Who’s to blame? From the dawn of the genre hapless blondes running through the woods always gets it in the end, and this can be attributed to twigs. No just any twigs the kind that just happens to be strolling across the screen at the same time she looks back to gauge distance. You know it’s going to happen at some point 2, 3, even 4 times during the same movie. These drills should help you with your Foot/Ass (the cousin of hand/eye) coordination, so when it’s asses and elbows time you won’t end up in some Maniac’s Stacker (all meat sandwiches).

Tire Drills: A classic football drill that hones players’ speed and agility. This should help with those pesky twigs; we all know how tricky those guys can be especially when taking the family for a walk, all of a sudden a twig pops out of nowhere. Now you can just high step your way through the twig family effortlessly while making the highlight reel.

The Hill Climb: The hill climb is one of my favorite workouts, great for endurance and stamina. We amplify this workout with or patented knapsack -o- Rocks. Once removed this give the words “fleet of foot” new meaning.

Hurdles:  Imaging this scenario, you are being chased by hordes of the recently deceased you make a wrong turn; there are halves of corpses everywhere dragging themselves slowly towards you muttering something soft like “braiiiiin!, what do you do? Yes we can help you there also. We’ve added a twist to the original hurdle concept, or obstacle course is equipped with land minds and sharpened bamboo spikes smothered with horse manure for that all so authentic feel and smell.

Balance Training: Did this in martial arts, pretty cool once you get the hang of it. We applied the same concept of the sobriety test and allow you to have fun a bit of fun. Let’s try tight roping from one Skyscraper to another after a few shots of tequila.  So the next time the only thing that separates you from the other side of the lake is a fallen tree bridge, you can navigate the b*tch while doing your makeup and brushing your hair.

The Stair Climb: Perfect for the buns and thighs, also great for endurance and stamina. Now you can pull an all-nighter with Paris and Nicky and still have the endurance to navigate, bear traps, half breeds and WTF is that!

The Door Kick: We realized the need after watching reruns of Police Academy that is a much need part of or training (remember Cadet Sweetchuck). This should be practiced repeated by all aspiring horror movie vixen. What’s a better way to buy your some time than a face full of Masonite? No more locked doors!

The plot:

The film follows Deacon City Police Captain Jackson Briggs as he informs assassin Hanzo Hasashi about the criminals Reptile and Baraka; the latter has recently killed actor-turned-undercover-officer Johnny Cage in a fight. Briggs believes they were both working for a man named Shang Tsung. He asks Hasashi to kill them in a mysterious tournament hosted by Tsung.

When offered his freedom in exchange for accomplishing such tasks, Hasashi reveals that he willingly had himself incarcerated—and could free himself at any time. Then Sonya Blade arrives with a folder and informs Hasashi that his enemy Sub-Zero is alive and the one he killed was his older brother. It becomes clear to Hasashi that the terms of his participation in the tournament involve killing Reptile, Baraka and Shang Tsung in return for access to Sub-Zero. Since the real Sub-Zero will be at the tournament, Hasashi, now calling himself Scorpion, agrees to participate.

Halloween is my favorite time of year; Other than being able to dress as whomever I want to the best things about being in the city is our Parade. If you haven’t experienced the Halloween Parade here in NYC, it’s something you must to put on your bucket list. I had the opportunity to go last year and it was so much fun, this year when I go I won’t forget my camera though. This year’s selections of Animatronic Props are quite interesting and will put the (mu) in your (hahahaaah). From Raging Psychos to a full scale Tyrannosaurus Rex, You will be able to find something to match your needs. Some items are a bit pricey, but some are in range for the budget conscious. One pretty neat prop that I like is the Demon Dog (shown below) and Asylum Killer.

Whether you Looking for a BAG “O” GORE: or a maybe 6 foot tall Head Holding Zombie:  I think you will be happy with what you find, not making any guarantees just going off my impressions.

Other really cool additions for 2010 are the Professional Haunted House Video Effect Props. Create by special effects guru John Hyers, realistic 3Dimensional visual effects can be a great way to create haunted scene with the use of just your home projector. Effects range from creepy crawly spiders to the man himself Old Man Grim. Worth mentioning are the TV effect and tutorials that shows the steps of creating lifelike scenarios with the use of a standard television Set.

Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Randy Couture, Mickey Rourke, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Dolph Lundgren and Terry Crews. Sweet! All that’s missing is Hulk Hogan Lol! This movie is about a Decade too late, seeing that Schwarzenegger, Stallone and Willis are aging Stalwarts that are close to being washed up. I still believe that this will be an awesome summer flick. I would have love to see the trio together in their prime, but look at the lineup of stars in this Gem you can see why this made my list of “Must See Movies” for 2010. “The Expendables” will be in a Theatre Near you on 8/13/10.

Flash forward to today, with a knock on your door 5 minutes ago. It’s the woman from weeks ago and she’s about bomb to drop on you. Seems that she is pregnant and it’s all yours. Oh yea a Pregnant Vampire, impossible I’m sure! but not totally unheard of. If you remember years ago there was a Spinoff of the “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” series called “Angel” starring David Boreanaz, where there was a child bore to a vampire mother.

After an hour long conversation, reality sets in you are now father to be, and it’s about to be a child of the undead. The good man that you are, you agree to do the right thing and be a father. You now have to pick a name for your new spawn of evil. Below is a list of Cool Vampire Names and where they came from, this should get you point in the right direction.

Cool Vampire Names for Girl

• Name: Churel
• Nationality: India.
• The Lowdown:   A vengeful ghostlike vampire, normally a woman that died while pregnant during the Dewali Festival. She is said to hate life with her greatest spite being kept for her relatives. The creature wondered over the earth waiting to attack. There were many ways in which a person could become an Ekimmu, among these were violent/premature death, unfulfilled love and improper burial.

• Nationality: Russian.
• The Lowdown:  Vampire usually considered being a heretic who has returned from the dead. It was in general said to be a woman who sold her soul in life and then returns in the form of a ragged old woman. At nightfall a group of Ereticy would gather in ravines and perform a form of sabbat. Said to be active only in spring and autumn, it was believed that seeing the eyes of such a creature would result in a slow withering death.

• Nationality: Japanese.
• The Lowdown:  Vampire that feeds by removing corpses from graves or prior to cremation and devouring them.

• Name: Mara
• Nationality: Slavic
• The Lowdown:  vampire, also known to the Kashube people of Canada. Said to be the spirit of an unbaptised dead girl, she is considered to be a terrible night visitor who crushes and oppresses her victims. In the Slavic legend once the Mara drinks the blood of a man she will fall in love with him and will return to plague his slumbers till his death. She is also said to be fond of feeding on the blood of children. May also be related to Mare, a similar phenomenon found in German legends.

• Name: Masani
• Nationality: India.
• The Lowdown:  A female vampire, she is said to be the spirit of burial grounds. She is black in appearance. Her hunts are conducted by night, starting as she emerges from a funeral pyre. Anyone passing the burial site will be attacked.

• The Lowdown:  Vampire, said to be reasonably harmless, only feeding briefly on its victims, not actually killing them.

• The Lowdown: Vampire said to be typically the ghost of a child, which delights in tormenting and killing children. The Masan is said to be able to curse a child that walks in its shadow. It will also follow a woman home should she allow her gown drag on the ground over his shadow.

• Nationality:  Poland.
• The Lowdown: Said to be caused by the presence of teeth and a caul at birth.

• Name: Strigoii
• Nationality:  Romanian.
• The Lowdown: The infamous dead vampire. There are numerous ways to become a Strigoii, including being a seventh son and suicide. Generally said to be friendly towards Gypsies.

• Name: Bajang
• Nationality:  Area from/nationality: Malaysian.
• The Lowdown: A vampire, assumed to be male, appearing as a cat and normally threatening children. The Bajang can be enslaved and turned into a demon servant and is often handed down from one generation to the next within a family. It is kept in a tabong(bamboo vessel), which is protected by various charms. While imprisoned it is fed with eggs and will turn on its owner if not enough food is provided. The master of such a demon can send it out to inflict harm on his/her enemy, the enemy usually dying soon after of a mysterious disease. According to traditions the Bajang came from the body of a stillborn child, coaxed out of it by various incantations.
